What should you include in your message?
Start with the pizza size or box size, the quantity and the delivery postcode. If you know which board you want, add it: white or brown kraft, E-flute or B-flute.
For printed boxes, attach your logo and say where it goes: on the lid, on the sides or inside the lid. If you are not sure of a size, check our standard pizza box sizes page first.
How fast will we reply?
We reply to every call, WhatsApp message and email within one working day. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm UK time.
If you message in the evening or at the weekend, we pick it up on the next working day. For a priced job, our quote request form for boxes is the quickest way to start.

Can I visit your office to collect boxes?
No. Our office at Office 704, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton is not a shop, and you cannot collect boxes from it. We deliver every order free and tracked to UK mainland addresses.
Can I send artwork by email to the contact address?
Yes. Email your logo files to info@thepizzaboxes.co.uk and tell us which box size they are for. You can send large files as a download link.
Who do I contact about a delivery that has not arrived?
Call or email us with your name and delivery postcode. We will check the tracking and tell you where your boxes are.
How do I report a damaged or misprinted delivery?
Email photos of the boxes and the outer packaging within 10 days of delivery. Our returns and reprints page explains what happens next.
Can I ask a sizing question without ordering?
Yes. Call or message us with your pizza size and we will tell you which box fits. There is no charge and you do not have to order.
Do I need to phone to get a quote?
No. You can ask for a quote by email, on WhatsApp or through the quote form. However you ask, the quote reaches you by email within one working day.
