White or brown kraft: which board suits your kitchen?
White board gives a bright, even surface. Colours print true, fine lines stay sharp and a small logo still reads from across the counter.
Brown kraft shows the natural fibre of the board. It looks warm and rustic beside a wood-fired oven, and it hides the odd scuff from a delivery bag.
Kraft also shifts your ink. A one-colour red prints a shade deeper on brown than on white, and pale tones sink into the board. Dark inks such as black, deep green and navy sit best on kraft.

How does print work across the range?
You can order any box in this range plain, in one colour, in two colours or in full colour. Print can go on the lid, around the sides and on the inside of the lid.
One colour is the simple choice for a logo and phone number. Full colour suits photos of your pizza, menu panels and patterned lids that run from edge to edge.
Matt or gloss varnish can be added to the lid. Every job starts with a free design proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

E-flute or B-flute: which board thickness do you need?
Every box comes in E-flute, about 1.5 mm, or B-flute, about 3 mm. Both are corrugated, with a fluted layer between two flat sheets.
E-flute is thinner and gives a smoother face for fine print. It folds neatly and takes up less shelf space when the boxes arrive flat.
B-flute has a thicker wall. It holds heat a little longer than E-flute and feels firmer when a driver stacks four boxes in a bag.
Many shops choose E-flute for 7 inch and 9 inch pizzas and B-flute for 14 inch and 16 inch, where the lid spans a wider gap.
What sizes do printed and plain pizza boxes come in?
Square boxes are cut a quarter inch wider than the pizza and 1.75 in deep. That gap lets the base slide in without catching the crust.

Deeper boxes for deep pan, and any size outside this list, are made to the measurements you send. Round boxes are sized by the diameter of your pizza.
How do the boxes fold, lock and let steam out?
The boxes arrive flat and stack neatly on a shelf beside the oven. White, kraft and round boxes all fold into shape by hand in seconds, and none of them needs glue or tape.
The side walls fold in and the front tuck-in flaps lock the lid shut. A thumb notch on the front edge helps the customer open it without tearing the board.
Side vents let steam escape. The base stays crisper and the lid does not sag on a long delivery run.
