Privacy Policy
This page explains what we do with the details you give us when you ask for a quote or get in touch. We keep it short and plain.
Who we are
This site is run by The Pizza Boxes, Office 704, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR. We are responsible for the personal data you send us.
For any privacy question, email info@thepizzaboxes.co.uk. You can also find out who runs The Pizza Boxes.
What do we collect through our forms?
When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type or upload.
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Box sizes, quantities and notes about your order
- Artwork and logo files you upload
There is no checkout here, so we never ask for card details. The pizza box quote form asks only for what we need for your order.
Why do we use your details?
We use your details to price your order, send your quote by email and prepare your free design proof. Your artwork is used only to print your boxes.
We also use them to answer questions, arrange delivery and handle any reprint. Our lawful basis is taking steps you ask for before a contract, then carrying out that contract.
We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing unless you ask for it.
How long do we keep your data?
If you do not order, we delete your enquiry once it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Order records are kept for as long as UK tax and accounting rules require. Artwork files are kept so repeat orders print the same, unless you ask us to remove them.
Who sees your information?
Only our team sees your details, along with the email provider that carries our messages. When we arrange delivery, we share only what is needed to get the boxes to you.
Nobody else gets your data, and nobody uses your artwork for anything but your order.
Does this site use cookies?
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. We do not follow you around the web.
If we add analytics in future, we will say so on this page before they go live, along with what is collected.
What are your rights under UK GDPR?
UK GDPR gives you control over the personal data we hold about you.
- Get a copy of your data
- Have anything wrong corrected
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to or limit how we use it
- Move your data to another business
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
How do I contact us about my data?
Email info@thepizzaboxes.co.uk with your request and the email address you used on our forms. We reply within one month, as the law requires.
You can also call +44 7578 382054, message us on WhatsApp or use our contact page for The Pizza Boxes.
