Our minimums are low and we set them for each job, because they depend on size, board and print. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and your quote will say whether it works.

Yes. Because minimums are quoted per job, a new shop can start with a short printed run. You can order again once you know how fast the boxes go.

A vector file such as PDF, AI, EPS or SVG gives the sharpest edges on corrugated board. A high-resolution PNG or JPG can also work, and we will tell you if a file is likely to print soft.

Send a sketch, a photo of your shop sign, or just your name and the colours you like. You can also try layouts on the Design Your Pizza Box page before you ask for a quote.

Send the colour code you use and we will match it as closely as the board allows. Colours look a little deeper on brown kraft than on white board.

Ask when you request your quote and tell us what you want to check, such as board thickness or the kraft colour. We will reply with what we can send for your job.

The proof shows your artwork placed on the box. You can check position, spelling and colours before anything is printed, and the proof costs nothing.

Yes. Tell us what to move, resize or recolour and we will send a new proof. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

Production starts when you approve the proof and takes 4 to 6 working days. After that, delivery to UK mainland addresses takes 2 to 3 working days.

Tell us your date when you ask for a quote. Production takes 4 to 6 working days from proof approval, so the quicker you approve the proof, the more likely you are to make your opening.

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery is free on every order and comes with tracking.

Once production is finished, boxes reach UK mainland addresses in 2 to 3 working days. Every parcel is tracked, so you can make sure someone is in when it arrives.

Boxes arrive flat. A full delivery stacks against a wall, and you fold each box up at the counter when you need it.

Report it within 10 days with photos and we will reprint or refund the affected boxes. Our returns and reprints policy page explains each step.

A misprint is print that does not match the proof you approved, such as wrong colours, missing text or artwork in the wrong place. Changes you decide on after approving the proof do not count as misprints.

You pay after you approve the proof. Payment details come with your quote.

Keep them flat, off the floor and away from damp, steam and direct oven heat. Board that soaks up moisture loses its shape and is harder to fold neatly.

Order enough for a few busy weeks without overfilling your storage. Count how many boxes you use on a busy weekend, then reorder early enough to allow for production and delivery.
