How do you use the Design Your Pizza Box page?
It takes four steps and needs only your logo file.
- Pick the box photo closest to the box you want to order.
- Upload your logo file from your phone or computer.
- Drag the logo into place, or nudge it with the arrow keys, and use the slider to make it bigger or smaller.
- Press centre to square it up on the lid, then send it with your sizes and quantities.
The photo is a preview, not a print file. It shows roughly how your logo sits on a real box, so you can judge the size before we price it.
Which logo files work best?
A clean file gives a clean preview and a faster proof.
- A PNG with a transparent background sits on the board without a white square around it.
- A vector file such as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF scales to any size without blurring.
- Crop away empty space around the logo so the slider sizes the logo itself.
- Send a one-colour version too if you plan one-colour print on brown kraft.

What does the free proof show?
The proof is a flat drawing of your box, made by a designer from the layout you sent.
- Your logo at its real printed size on the lid, in millimetres.
- The box size and the board: E-flute or B-flute, white or brown kraft.
- The print colours, and any print on the sides or inside the lid.
- The fold lines, so you can see where the lid and flaps sit.
Check spelling, phone numbers and colours closely. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof, and you can ask for changes first. Once you approve, production takes 4 to 6 working days.
Where should a logo sit on a pizza box lid?
The lid is the part customers see first, so a few rules help.
- Keep the logo clear of the front edge, where the tuck-in flap folds and creases.
- Leave a margin of plain board around it so nothing lands on a fold line.
- Use the centre button for a balanced look, then nudge it if your logo is lopsided.
- Size it up on larger boxes, since a logo that suits a 9 inch lid looks small on a 16 inch lid.

Is the Design Your Pizza Box preview what gets printed?
No. It is a rough layout on a photo. A designer redraws it to scale, and you approve that proof before printing.
Can I move my logo without a mouse on the design page?
Yes. Select the logo and use the arrow keys to nudge it a little at a time. That helps when you want it exactly level.
What does the centre button do on the design page?
It puts your logo in the middle of the lid in one press. You can still nudge it afterwards.
Why does my logo look small on the box photo?
Your file may have empty space around the logo. Crop it, upload it again and use the slider to resize it.
Does the box photo I pick change the box I order?
No. The photo only sets the preview. You choose the size, board and colour when you send, and the quote confirms them.
Will the designer change my logo when making the proof?
No. They keep your logo as it is and set it to the right size for the box. If the file is low quality, they tell you before redrawing anything.
How long after sending a layout do I get a proof?
Your price for the boxes in your layout lands by email within one working day. The proof follows once you are happy with the price.
Can I change the proof after I see it?
Yes. Reply with your changes and the designer updates it. Nothing is printed until you approve the final version.
Do I have to use the design page to order printed boxes?
No. You can send your logo through the pizza box quote form or by email instead. The design page simply lets you see placement first.
What if my logo has fine detail or thin lines?
Very thin lines can fill in on corrugated board. The designer may thicken them slightly on the proof and will point out any change.
